Joe, I love it, so true. Recently went round south london in a convertible vw driven by a 12 year old. He was nice enough to say things like, this is the door to the living room and did you notice the window. A 4 year old could do your job and then there's always the added bonus that they will pocket 5% of the biggest investment you ever make. Aren't we lucky to have these people in the world!

If you think this is bad, try renting a flat mate. It's like you can buy - and have some twat called "Steve" come round in his bmw and show you around an absolute shithole; or you can rent - and have some twat called "Mohammed" come round in his dad's mercedes and show you around some shithole that has been divided up into 3 smaller shitholes for a third extra money on top. It wasn't market forces it was stupid banks lending too much money to sub prime wankers who thought that the sun would shine forever and now it has turned sour on them. House prices will be as cheap as chips in two years and Estate Agents will be almost history within five years.
